Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely delighted with your Sarah Flint purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges of unworn, pristine items within 21 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn shoes in their original dust bags and blue box, ensuring all protective packaging is included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping carton, covering any previous marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
